Yes — Average Revenue Per User/Unit (ARPU) is exactly total revenue ÷ count, which is what this calculator does. Use 'customers' as your count for a subscription-style ARPU, or 'units' for a per-item average.
Revenue Calculator builds total revenue FROM units × price. This tool goes the other way — it takes a total revenue figure you already have and divides it by a count to find the average per customer or unit.
Whatever period you want the average to represent — monthly revenue ÷ monthly customers gives a monthly ARPU; annual revenue ÷ annual customers gives an annual figure. Just keep the revenue and count over the same period.
Not necessarily — it can rise because existing customers spend more (good) or because you're losing lower-spending customers (a churn problem). Look at it alongside customer count and retention trends.
